Andrés is an Attorney at Law from the University of Costa Rica; Master in Registry & Notary Law from La Salle University with a specialization in Finance for family-owned and medium to large businesses in Central America, United States, and Canada. He has over 10 years of experience advising individuals and companies regarding real estate and financial transactions. His main focus is real estate, trust & financial–securities law, due diligence, innovation & technology.
Omar Ayales

Omar Ayales is a Masters in Law (LL.M.) of the Paul Hebert Law Center of the Louisiana State University and a licensed lawyer and Public Notary in Costa Rica since 2003. He’s also one of few to pioneer the escrow industry in Costa Rica with nearly 20 years of experience in compliance and regulatory matters, setting up complex escrow and trust structures for some of the largest real estate transactions in Costa Rica, particularly in the Guanacaste region. Omar is also a founding partner of Atlas Trust & Escrow.
